Please note that any email that is confidential in nature or is staffing related should be directed to Miss Sherwood, PA to Headteacher by using the Parents option.

To report student absence, please email using the Attendance option or call 01562 512880 Ext 205 before 9.00am on every day of absence.

If you have any safeguarding concerns about your child/ren or any other children that attend King Charles I School please call the school office and ask to speak to one of the Safeguarding Team, who will ensure the concern is dealt with quickly and sensitively.

If you are concerned about a child’s safety when the school is closed, you should call Social Care or the Police, please see the Safeguarding page for contact details

All emails will be responded to during working hours and within two working days, dependent upon the level of concern/nature of the concern. However, staff are not expected to respond to emails sent out of working hours. Out of working hours emails are classed as emails sent after 6.00pm and before 8.00am during the week or emails sent after 6.00pm on Friday evening and before 8.00am Monday morning.

If you have not had a reply to a letter, telephone call or email within two working days or you feel the matter had not been dealt with appropriately, please contact the headteacher by writing to her at school, phoning her PA (Miss Sherwood) or emailing her using the Parents drop down option in the contact us form.
